The Fragility series is a discovery of new techniques in tapestry and materiality. Inspired by colours from Romania and architecture, Megan has pushed her woven technical knowledge by playing with a mix of yarns. Here she has shown new skills in weave, and more traditionally - tapestry weaving. These new techniques relate back to Megan's inspiration by connecting material to place. Consideration in new and old techniques have then been celebrated by being placed upon the body.
