Sense Of Place explores a diverse practice which consolidates a variety of techniques. Inspired by cultural preservation and the slow design ethos, Megan has pushed her technical knowledge by learning numerous new disciplines and taking stock of exciting opportunities within her creative subject. Here she has shown new skills in weave, 3D sculpture, press printing, embossing, sublimation and screen printing. These casted objects, prints and woven pieces relate back to Megan's personal heritage with emotional durable design still at the forefront of her creations.
